dragcarz Posted June 25, 2023 Author Share Posted June 25, 2023 I spent the day in the garage working on this, it’s almost finished. I remember ads in 1960s Hot Rod magazines advertising Cal Custom metal flake steering wheels in red, blue, green and silver, so in keeping in theme I painted the steering wheel metal flake Red. I added fuel lines to the injector as well as Champion Spark plug decals to the valve covers. I added the rear shocks and painted them. The next photos will be in Underglass. customline Posted July 8, 2023 Share Posted July 8, 2023 First, I really like this kit for a gasser build. It's a natural (AMT thought so.) The black paint job makes me very envious. Absolutely beautiful. The rest of it is super nice too. I would keep the decal count low so as not to cover up too much of that paint job. 🥴. I'm following now, can't wait to see it completed!
