Jody i talked about doing this to the guy that owns Time machine resins when he was at Winston Salem last year. It would have been a stocker , Sorry , I don't know anyone that would cut up such a rare and beautiful piece of art like that ................... cept

Not chopped and such but if ya up to doin it the body is there

last time I seen it was that weird one with the frog eyes and skirts on the fenders but the body was normal

For comparison, this link shows a '40 Ford 1/2 ton Panel Delivery, which is based on pickup truck sheet metal and styling, unlike the AMT sedan delivery, which is a deluxe passenger car based vehicle (and only rated at 1/4 ton, BTW)

Jody , I got to thinking again about this and then i remembered Yosemite Sam ! Yes the man behind the famous slant chop Chevrolet from 1977. It was a feature in all the magazines at the time . The van was chopped more at the front than at the rear as the back corners had to be SEVERELY angled !In fact the rear had almost a 45 degree slant to it ! As for sectioning such a truck , whew........... an awful lot of curvature in the body both in width and length. If I can find the pictures Jody , I'll send them along. I might still have some in very old and debilitated magazines somewhere . Ed Shaver
