Great looking Camaro. Like your attention to the mechanical details to represent a base line Camaro.

It was fun doing the research so i had an idea of how it was supposed to look

I am new to this forum and car modeling in general (been doing military for 20 years though) and as much as I am in awe looking at all the customs, hot rods and street machine builds my heart still belongs to those basic real life vehicles that "normal" people drive and own.  My "usual" builds will all be along this sort of theme although as I build skills I may venture into the custom car at some point. Right now I still struggle to get a decent gloss paint job though!

Normally i lurk over in the big rig and prewar car forums but had a crazy idea i wanted to try out lol. I still struggle with that as well, whites just more forgiving lol

That's pretty cool and I like that you went with a six for a base Camaro !  You've done some excellent detailing and it's perfect in white/red , great job !

Yes there was a Yenko before all the HiPo cars were built . . . love the dealer tag on the back !

Thank you, its the only one ive done in this color combo. I thought the yenko tag was the perfect touch on a base model camaro lol

I love this!  Much harder to model a base trim vehicle as opposed to the high dollar cars usually kitted.  Great work.

Nice to see a base model done of any kit. Super nice detail on the engine, all over in fact. Very nice.

Very good looking plane jane Camaro, we don't see these very often.

Thanks everyone!

Refreshing look and take. Not all classic and muscle cars were the horsepowered brutes of the road.  Far more plain janes than Raquel Welch's.....

Fantastic look and build!
