JTRACING Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 I finished this one today, I used the AMT Matt Kenseth kit with Slixx decals, also added some Fujimi tools
Jeff Johnston Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 That is a fantastic build ! So realistic !!
Daniel Peterson Posted October 11, 2006 Posted October 11, 2006 Outstanding! You would have loved the Earnhardt (Sr) build-up I saw at an IPMS show a few years back...it was the #3 doing a celebratory doughnut in the grass at Daytona. Among other touches, the rear tires' lettering was blurred giving the very realistic illusion of motion. The detail on the model (much like yours) was amazing! Great job!
cruz Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 You know what brother, I love what you did with the car but man the hydraulic jack and stands are beautifully done and weathered, that's what I want to learn to do. Can you specify what you did to get them to look used? Nice overall job on that build......
