Can that stuff be thinned??.. Like with alcohol maybe???.. I was watching an hpi video and noticed that the stuff looked like a gel....

It's Mod Podge. "Hodgepodge is something completely different.

Google results regarding diluting/thinning it. Better for you to decide which method would work.
