SOrry for my delay in posting this. I was out most of the day yesterday. This is the 350r rear window. It's vented at the top. like it goes down in the middle to let fresh air in

Mine is pretty scratched but you can see it's not a typical rear window

The rear window "vent" may be more for relieving the air pressure inside the car at speed than letting air in. Try this the next time you are driving on the highway. Turn off the air conditioning and roll down the driver's side window at 60 mph plus. You will notice a change in the pressure on your ear drums and may sense a low drumming sound and may even feel it in your chest. The open side window allows the air moving along the side of the car to inter the interior and actually build some air pressure inside the car. Now if your car has rear side windows that will roll down, try that and notice the difference. The opening at the top of the rear window on the Mustangs allowed the interior pressure to escape thru the rear window vent.
