A note about the Duck Duck Go browser...

I use multiple browsers for different things.

Lately I've been having problems with DuckDuck, not allowing logins on trusted sites and screaming hysterically "YOUR NEWORK'S NOT SECURE!!!!!" when trying to access others.

No amount of fiddling with settings will correct it, and I have NO similar problems with at least one other browser I use frequently.

So if you're running the big quacker and having issues, it might be time to try another browser before you take a hammer to your device.

Frankly, it's a miserable search engine too, which seems odd, as it piggybacks search results from other search engines.

This.  I initially switched from Google because of the snooping etc, but have been very disappointed in the quantity and quality of search results I get from DDG, even on innocuous subjects like cars and hobby stuff.  Based on the few times I tried it, I'd say Microsoft's Bing is every bit as mediocre as DDG.  ?

I'm using the Duck, and have been unhappy with it for awhile.

I've tried Brave and DDG a couple times, found them to be so-so.  I stick w/ Safari mostly, occasionally Chrome.
