Can't submit replies

Over the past couple weeks I have been having trouble submitting replies to forum posts.  When I hit "submit" nothing happens.  Sometimes I can go back to another post, come back and it will submit but at other times it does not. When I do come back there is a black bar across the bottom of the post saying, "clear editor?" If I click on that one the message disappears. I am logged in, so that is not the problem. Any suggestions?

Edit: It was a bit slow when I hit "submit" on this post.

I have not had problems. Will flag so Dave can look under the hood and see if he can find anything that might cause this.

The first thing to try is clearing your browser cache. The exact procedure varies with the browser, but you can easily get the procedure with a Google search.
