I modified a 1/25 scale amt 2016 camaro ss snap kit I sculpted the new front end and hood scoop with sculpting putty I also filled in the other hood vent and edges of the sides of the tail lights to mimic a firebird back end with some sculpting putty I also added t-tops and swapped the camaro dash with a spare Revell 2014 corvette stingray dash which I also modified to mimic the classic Kitt dash from seasons 3&4 I also modified the front seats to look like the pmd seats used in the original Kitt I used a set of 1/24 scale tires and a set of 1/25 scale firebird turbo cast rims I used Tamiya ts-40 metallic black for the body

I have a cover of the knight rider intro theme playing in the background of the video

Lot of extra work with this one! Well done Michelle.

Thank you I do enjoy making knight rider cars as they have a lot of fun parts that I can make like the dash and interior components and when I have to I can scratch make the custom front ends I just don’t have enough of the rims and the steering wheels I modify into the gull wing steering wheel which I used my last one of those spare  76 gran torino steering wheels to make the one for this car the other one went into the knight industries 3000 model I made

Very cool build, Kitt Industries dash is very well done. Good choice on the wheels and tires. I like the Tamiya metallic black finish. I've been curious about that color and now I know what it looks like.

do you use Apoxie Scupt ???

I have but I found something else that dries quicker and is cheaper and I get a lot more though it does need to have brush on gloss clear coat applied  before I can paint it or it will not have the same texture as the model parts and I use a brush on matte clear coat for interior parts
