karbuildr Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Ya gotta love a surf wagon. I can almost smell the surf and see the sand. That is a really nice period piece, well done.
fordh8r Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Sweden to California! You're gonna need more surf boards. Great looking wagon! Very cool indeed.
george 53 Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Can you guys surf in Sweden? You got the look down, at least, even if ya ain't got surfin beaches. Or do you? Never been to Sweden, so forgive the dumb questions!
nts Posted March 9, 2009 Author Posted March 9, 2009 Can you guys surf in Sweden? You got the look down, at least, even if ya ain't got surfin beaches. Or do you? Never been to Sweden, so forgive the dumb questions! Well George, surfing is not a common thing here in Sweden,we need a full stormwind to get just half the size of the surfwaves i California. But we can always build cars and close our eyes and dream that we are in the beaches of westcoast USA. Torgny / Sweden
CB Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Absolutely gorgeous!!! I love it!!! Yeah! what he said!
Dragon7665 Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Fantastic Job, and Great Subject Choice all around!!! I'm a Longtime Wagon & Olds Nut, add Surfing to the mix, and you'll get applause from me!! Especially like the Green Steels,The Black Windshield Exterior Sunvisor, and how it looks like you added straw inserts to the interior.....
coopdad Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Agreed, awesome job. I like that you made the surfboard look like it is wood rather than brightly colored fiberglass. John
Casey Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I love it. It just plain 'looks' right, and the BMF really makes the body come alive.
