TonyK
Just got a small order from Scale Equipment Ltd. and there was a notice included that sounds like they will be quitting business. I hope I understood it right but it said they are making items on order requests, not keeping items in stock. I've done business with them off and on for years and hate to see them go. Letting you know in case you want something, you better not procrastinate.
Mr. Metallic
I could be wrong but to me that doesn't sound like leaving the business. it sounds like they are no longer keeping a bunch of inventory on hand so you may have to wait a little longer for your order since the parts you want won't be sitting on a shelf, they will have to be cast. TonyK
Looked at the page included with my order again and it says - "Due to a number of factors we are bringing Scale Equipment Ltd., as we know it, to a close over the course of 2024." George Bojaciuk
Ric Golding was my “go to guy” for accessories and concept models when I was at Franklin Mint. I have drawers full of his stuff. If he does not have it, contact me and I will see what I have left! However, you must contact him first! He was a huge asset in helping me create some memorable product at FM! Thank you Ric and enjoy retirement! Edited February 5 by George Bojaciuk
