1 is the custom Caddy cap in the AMT '64 Mercury

2 is AMT '57 Thunderbird

3 is AMT '65 Chevelle/Elcamino

#4 is the custom hubcap from the early issues of the AMT '49 Ford.  It appears that another piece is glued to the back of it.
