I been going through this "Mopar musclecar" thing lately.....not Hemi stuff, mind you, but the wedge motor stuff. I figured if I threw together a Revell 70 Challenger, it might just get it out of my system for awhile.

This one is pretty much box stock, except for engine wiring and tire lettering. Decals are a combination of kit decals and Keith Marks. Paint is plain ol' Testors Sublime lacquer.

Did this get this "Mopar fixation" out of my system? Well....not exactly. I'm now gathering parts to build a 68 440 GTX. Is there a support group for this?

Lookin good Roadhawg! Mopes an Chevs are my favorite brands! I did kinda lose my thing for Mopar AFTER 71(no more Hemi's) The new ones don't do a thing for me. But as long as I can still build 'em in 25th scale I'm happy. Your Challenger's lookin good, great build! :)

I can't argue with you too much on that one. I've got into this kick of building movie and tv show cars that I like. I'm doing the '68 fast back GT for Bullitt along with the '68 Charger for the hit men. So I covered both your worlds there .... lol.

Nice build - looks great in that colour. I too have a thing for mopar muscle. I think it's got something to do with all the cool groovy colours and stripes.
