On  the '65 Nova Super Sport (MOE 2322) and Nova Restomod (MOE 2323) , the original estimated release was June 2024. It looks like they're running a bit late, but possibly will be available very soon. Stevens International Distributing still shows the release dates To Be Announced...

The 65 is a gasser, and the 64 SS is available as stock or a restomod with a cowl hood, and they are all available right now

These are the models in question: https://www.stevenshobby.com/viewpicture.aspx?productid=490050

Both are model year 1965, not 1964.  MSRP for each is $35.99 per Stevens International. Hobby Roundup has them available for pre-order at $31.90 with an estimated release in July.

Other than the hood and wheels, what's going to make the resto-mod a resto-mod?

IIRC, some minor changes in Engine Parts. (Valve Covers, Carbs, Air Cleaners, ect.)

And of course, wheel options.

I'd assume the '65 Resto Mod kit has the same content as the '64 Resto Mod kit had except for the year-specific parts (grille, taillights, etc).

I wasn't aware these were coming out. Doesn't look like there's much difference between the 64 vs the 65.

At first glance they look quite similar, but there are actually a lot of changes on the '65s.

Most obvious is the different grill and headlight bezels.  Turn signals also got relocated to the front bumper, so that's different too.  (Note that the '65 Resto Mod box art does NOT show the correct bumper, but I'm assuming the correct one will be included in the kit)

Side trim and emblem design/location are different on the '65, so different side inserts are needed for the tooling.  Taillights/backup lights are also different.

In the interior, the '65 had a different console.  I think upholstery patterns also changed for '65.

Probably other differences I'm not listing.

In a different thread, someone else pointed out that the red car depicted in the factory stock box art is a "standard" Nova hardtop, with different side trim than the SS.

Again, I have to assume that this is a mistake and it will have the SS side trim as shown on the blue Resto Mod box art...
