The basic engine can be found in the Revell 1989-90 Ford Thunderbird/Mercury Cougar kits. You would need to scratchbuild or design an intake manifold, but there may be one available through one of the 3D print people. Good luck!

The AMT Ford Ranger kits had a nice V-6 in them. Not sure what the intake setup is like, though. I have one in my junkyard (complete, not painted).

Nice! Thanks for the tip!

Is this V6 a Cologne V6? MPC and AMT kits had them. Last one was a reissue 1977 ERTL/AMT Mustang

It is not a Cologne V6.  It's a 90-degree, 3.8 liter V6.  First used in the Taurus/Sable

So, there is an AMT 1989 Taurus SHO. I breve that is a Yamaha engine? What about the Revell 90s Thunderbird?

The Super Coupe engine has the same basic block and heads as the Mustang V6.  You would have to fab up an intake plenum and accessory drive for a Mustang install.
