Looking great so far, who makes the V6?

Thank you, Texas 3d customs. They have a store on ebay, a bit expensive but well worth it

Chassis is done on the truck. Unfortunately I'm having issues with the resin bed. I contacted the seller and he's sending me a replacement so in the meantime I'll focus on the blazer

Got the blazer chassis assembled. Used the white wall tires and rear hubcaps from the chevy pickup kit

Definitely going to be a great looking build, I never thought to use the Revell '64-'66 chassis in the MPC/AMT '67-'72 kits, a lot more detailed then the one supplied, I'd love to stretch one for the '70-'72 GMC truck I've been working on. I'm doing the 8 foot bed.

Nice finish to your pickup - the V6 has great detail and I like your photo setup!  Where did you get your 'overhead' light?

Got the blazer wrapped up today. Added a few things to the interior, beer box, rifle, cooler, and handy man jack.

Both of these builds look excellent! Can you post a pic of the underside of your GMC pickup so we can see how that better detailed chassis looks underneath it?

I do and to everyone else yes that engine is huge IRL. And heavy enough to decommission my old engine stand. I will be very honest when I got that thing home and heard the noises my engine lift was making picking it up and decided I needed to move my boom arm back I decided that that was not just a normal V6.

My friend had one in a 62 gmc and they are huge! That's pretty wild, I read they weigh more than a bbc
