Hot Wheels.
I was just going to detail the engine and driver with paint, but the paint and graphics weren't very well done on this particular one. So I repainted it and made new decals.

 Very nice! I have one and much the same plan, but it has to wait until after it has been handed over at Christmas with the packaging intact!
