Excellent work on this General. Paint scheme is perfect, great color choices, this era GMC is all about the factory paint stripes!

Thanks for the complement I appreciate it. Yes they were very focused on that and the interior options. They were a eye catcher for sure making PACCAR a run for their money at the time. Glad you stopped by.

Precise work on that cockpit!

Nice colors! Perfect match to the exterior color scheme!

Thanks I appreciate it. This tedious work takes me long than it used to. I thought I came close enough to what I was aiming for.

This evening I added some of the cab components; Cab lights, Air Horns, Wipers, Luberfiner, Aircleaner, Stacks and the Quarter Fenders The Stacks were a nightmare but I got them the best I could lots of cutting and refitting them.  More updates tomorrow.

That glass did come out nice in the end, looks real clean. The stacks look just fine. And again  that color combo is really period correct. Looks great , Lee. Your efforts are well worth it !

Looks great! Very neat work. The hood seems to fit perfectly! Congrats! Great job!

Thanks for the complement I appreciate it. That hood, stacks and cab was a nightmare getting to line up right for a decent stance. I glad you like it.

Those colours really blend well together, especially with the stripe. I'm salivating.

Yes I agree the colors are nice I wasn’t for sure about them at first till I put the decals on. Here my Hanky ?
