The combination of your great skills and the stash of MFH parts have allowed you to make it look really beautiful. Splendid job sir! Thank you Pierre
Brudda Posted December 2, 2024 Author Posted December 2, 2024 The poor Honda had a traveling problem. I took her to one of our model meetings and during the ride the right rear suspension broke. So it did not even come out of the box. Took her home for repairs and found out that both front shocks and the upper suspension arm broke. Took it apart and put very small brass rods to reinforce the parts. And CA with activator. The Tamiya suspension could not hold the mfh parts. Too heavy. But it’s now fixed and traveled to my friend Marks house to test shipment. / travel. It passed and all is good. I can now take her to the NNL West.
Jim Dodson Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 I remember when Honda introduced their Formula One effort and all the magazine writers bad mouthed the effort, not foreseeing the engine effort would produce such positive results for decades to come. Love your model Bruce, well done!

Bravo! ct Thank you Claude. That was one of my experiments on this kit. I sprayed them with citadel grey primer. Then tamiya spray can white. Then sprayed a brown citadel brown wash to highlite the curve in the pipes. It reacted like burned paint. I then airbrushed tamiya white in certain areas to get the brown wash calmed down. I’m very happy with the results. I’m behind schedule on the Porsche. I need to get art cardboard to fab out the rear wing on the 935
