I'm sure this is a long shot. I'm not happy with my 59 Elcamino. I really need to repaint the hood and front valance, but ran out of the paint. It is a can of Duplicolor, same size as a can of Tamiya primer. It was sold in the mid 90's at Walmart.  The current offering from Duplicolor is too dark and has larger flake.

Hopefully one of you is like me and never throws away paint.

I've had NAPA color match paints for me in the past in an aerosol can, some stores are able to do this. You would need the paint code from the vehicle to match the color. It's a bit pricey though.

if you can find the ral number for the colour you should be able to get it from any manufacturer. the ral code is not the code from the car, but the code that colour of paint has in manufacuring. these codes are standardised across makers whether its house paint, car paint or make up. duplicolour also have a range of non manufacturer colours that might have what your looking for. these usually have a code that starts h for metallics or hd if its a mica colour.
