LennyB Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Probably just the Discovery Channel, they have a new pseudo reality program coming out on UFO's and they are trying to stir the pot in advance. 1 1
Brutalform Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Everyday there is always something new that they want us all to be concerned about. 2

Theoretically... That’s why you sneak into your neighbour’s yard and shoot it down.😜 Seriously…if they are flying over defence bases they belong to the government. If they are over residential neighborhoods they belong to Amazon. JMO.🧐 Edited December 18, 2024 by NOBLNG 1
Tabbysdaddy Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Central Florida here. It's daylight and I just saw three large drones fly over on the same path. They looked dirty so I tried to wash them with a high pressure water hose as they flew by. 2
LennyB Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Got an e-mail from our local congressman today. Apparently this drone issue is getting out of hand Dear Len This weekend, the increase in unexplained drone activity across the northeastern seaboard expanded into the Hudson Valley, causing the complete shutdown of Stewart International Airport. I’ve been pushing for clear answers on what is going on with this increase in drone activity, including in the airspace above Stewart Air National Guard Base. I finally was briefed this week and the lack of urgency and transparency is outrageous and unacceptable. Here are my two main concerns: First, this is a transparency issue. The American people deserve answers as to what the hell is going on. Second, this is a serious national security issue. After a week of drones flying over our communities, including over military installations, it’s pretty clear to me our country is woefully unprepared for the threat posed by drones and other unmanned aircraft. This has to be a wake-up call. That’s why I sent a letter to the heads of the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Aviation Administration demanding that they immediately release all unclassified information related to the increase in drone activity to the public. Read the letter here. I’m also calling for a complete assessment and overhaul of counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) protocol and authorities. We need to take the time now to get this right and I’m going to keep working every day to ensure that our communities are secure and our families are safe. Sincerely, Image Patrick K.
