Brutalform Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Can anyone tell me what kit these tires were offered in? 1
Mark Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Lindberg (now AMT) '64 Dodge and Plymouth are about as close as is readily available. The MPC '68 Coronets include two similar tires for the trailer. Some early MPC annual kits had similar tires too.
Brutalform Posted December 18, 2024 Author Posted December 18, 2024 Thanks Mark. I appreciate your help.
blizzy63 Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 (edited) Mark is right. But for the correct diamond pattern on the sidewall, the old MPC Goodyear Power Cushion tires are/were best. The old Revell Goodyear Custom Nylon tires also come to mind but they are/were too skinny and crude and the inside-diameter was for wider early Revell wheels. Edited December 18, 2024 by blizzy63 1
