I would love to know if Revell plans to update any of their C6 kits into the Grand Sport and/or ZR1 variants.

Don't hold your breath Bob. The old Revell seemed to favor Corvette as a subject but the new owners don't seem to have the same affection in this American icon.

As for this new GS. I'll certainly add it to my, "buy if I ever win a lottery", list. I really like the addition of the gills.

Yeah, with them canceling the '08/'09 promos and mysteriously dropping the previously-announced '62 Corvette plastic-from-diecast kit, it doesn't look promising. The new GS is pretty cool, though there are a lot of whining Z06 owners due to it. The gills are a neat detail.
