this truck at one point may have gone under glass but I figured it was time to re-do the old cluncker. it started as an S-10 Xtreme lowrider sport truck and will be converted to a straight axled, linked, 4x4 truggy. i hope to scratch build the whole back half and the suspension as well. i will post more pics as they come.

It's my favorite show because they actually explain what they are doing and why and then they show most steps in the fabrication.for wheels check out RPPhobby or so real concepts.

some more work got done today! i think i am addicted to this thing. i got the engine and tranny fitted today so i got to move on to more tube work. i got the striker bar on, cut the original shock buckets and radiator support off and got my shock hoops built and installed. Also got my new radiator mount installed on the upper part of the tubed back half of the truck and the fuel cell mounts.

ha ha ha!!!!! the truck in the background is actually a silverado 1500 that i did a IFS lift kit in a while back, but the paint job was botched and then i misplaced the rear windows so it really never got finished. now it has donated it's engine and the tranny for the truggy build. i was going to stuff a 396 in it but i thought the vortec 5.7L was a little more fitting.
