Hey guys,I finished the interior, painting it in two shades, Payne's Gray and Butterscotch, Oyster for Mercedes Benz.

Now it's time for the bodywork.

Fantastic work and the detail level is off the charts. The oyster interior looks great and will really complement the red body.

Hey guys,

I'm going to paint the body, silver, white on top, and finally red. Then clearcoat and decals, that's it.

We'll see if more coats of varnish are necessary depending on how the surface looks.

I'll keep you posted.

First time I looked at this topic, started with the above pictures and saw the kit came with an engine?  So then I started at the beginning, and now I'm impressed! 👀  I have other 190s that I want engines for, so I won't get this kit.

This is stunning! A lot of work has gone into the engine compartment and opening door. The end result is well worth the effort.

Hi Sonny, it all started with a gap in the chassis. This is the first time I've built a model with a functional door. I still have a few more details to work on, including adapting the roof and painting it. More progress soon. Thank you so much for your kind words; they're greatly appreciated.
