Got the fenders modified to match the truck and spending more time sanding the fenders to reduce the issues I had painting them. Made a tail light assembly similar to the rear truck light setup. Trying to follow the mild custom theme on truck and trailer.

Got the tires/wheels built this morning, measuring the axles out, will glue them on after paint, as the suspension will be semi gloss black. Next assemble all the brake parts (sitting on aluminum plate). Ready to start primer/paint on all frame, fenders and frame components. Will build axles while painting frame stuff.

This is really cool, I’d be proud to drive a unit that matches front to back.  Lookin great, bud. I really like this heavy haul stuff.  This will be a great addition to the fleet !

Deck and container both got a coating weathering (didn’t want new wood floor or new wooden box look). Waiting for material for straps. Now finish axles. IMG_2900.jpeg.9b5bddfe0f43def52a36710ca2a168d4.jpeg

Looks awesome!

What are you using as straps?

I'm curious cause I always print them or I use cable ties!

I'd love to discover new ideas!

You can get scale yellow straps from ST Supply.

Thanks!

I'm not trying to hijack here but I wanted to show you the straps I had printed for the Brockway (Convoy):

They were measured to the mm, designed and printed.

Of course they're nor flexible!

Just thought it might be interesting! Sorry if anyone thinks I hijacked!

Those printed ones look really good, well done. I have a set of yellow straps coming
