Revell contact info in the USA

I have been looking for a way to contact someone in the US about missing parts in one of their Bronco kits. All the links lead me back to a European website that offers a missing parts request, but only for European countries. Does anyone have a link to a US parts request page for Revell?

You have the correct page.  You need to contact Revell Germany for all Revell parts be they Revell USA or Revell Germany.  I have done it on multiple occasions & they get right back to you.

Yes, I have contacted them about a missing part and got a replacement sent to me.

Also contacted them a few years ago about reissuing a certain kit and got a reply. Good for them!

I have gotten parts from Revell. Some of those kits have been discontinued and there are no parts available. At least I got a response.

My Bronco had a casting error. I sent a complaint and pictures to https://www.revell-service.de/ . I received the part in the mail.

My dogs destroyed the decal sheet and instructions for my ford Torino kit. Quick initial response and received the items shortly there after. Thanks Revell!

I had a problem with a couple parts for a '57 Ford and ended up emailing to Germany.  Shortly after I got a reply that they were in the midst of moving offices (as I recall) and would get back to me in a couple weeks.  Of course, that never happened and I just bought a second kit (on the pre-owned marketplace).
