leafsprings2 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 (edited) Finally finished this vintage tanker project, used the Frontier resin Ford cab and Keystone resin single axle tanker. Both resin pieces required some putty work and reworking. Engine is a C series 534, trans is a KW 5 speed, frame used was shortened GMC Astro. Edited April 26 by leafsprings2 10
stavanzer Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Wow! "Clifford, the Big Red Tanker" What a great build of a nostalgic truck. I really like the look of it, and your attention to detail. Good Show. 2
cifenet Posted April 27 Posted April 27 What a beautiful tanker this is. It definitely had all the vintage look and feel as well. A great work overall, the entire build is clean and proper! 1
happy grumpy Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Great build of an old classic. The tanker reminds me of the Duel truck tanker. Great job, we don't see these old trucks very often. 1
RoninUtah Posted May 1 Posted May 1 That turned out great, very well done, especially for a Frontier resin! 1
