Unable to insert photos

I was trying to take a photo and insert into my post but it kept saying editor has been restored every time I tried to put the photo in why was this happening?

Where are you taking the photo from, a camera, documents file??

I was taking them from the camera.

Sure, but I doubt your camera has a built-in browser.  There must be some additional steps you take to transfer the photos (JPG?) to some computer device (PC, Tablet. etc.) which has a browser pointed to the MCM forum and then you try to upload them here.  So what are those steps?

I got it to work now i don't know what the problem was.

I typically download to a file on the computer.  Then while in MCF hit the "choose files" button down below and then select the photo to insert.  Comes up every time.
