gtx6970 Posted June 2 Posted June 2 (edited) I can say Its finaly done. After several months of extensive small details, I've haven't done in many years It felt good to go this deep in a build. But I had my times when I regretted starting that process. And my hats are off big time to those that get that detailed. Looking back at it now . I wish I had the eyes to wire the firewall / engine compartment But my magnifier only helps so much In my haste to call it done,,,,,I see I missed the wiper motor install, as well as paint the front bumper brackets black ,,,,, I'll have to correct this asap There is a build thread in the Drag build section if you care to ck it out There is far, far to much stuff to bore you with here I used both a Car Craft April 1967 and SS/Di magazines for research to duplicate the car from early in its life span. No RO style hood scoop and when it still had the trunk lid decal on it, which disappeared sometime shortly after the when the hood scoop was installed . Which is best I can tell happened sometime in late winter - early spring 1967 Enjoy and as always Comments or criticisms are always welcomed. Updated pics Edited Thursday at 03:42 PM by gtx6970 10
