Dave B Posted Tuesday at 03:30 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:30 AM This will be interesting, love the TrasAm era. Fred Cady decals are excellent, you just have to have patience and persevere. Dave B
1959scudetto Posted Tuesday at 08:47 AM Posted Tuesday at 08:47 AM Fred Cady decals are very good to work with - I recently used a set which was almost 35 years old without any problem. They only demand a little more work, as each color is a seperate layer and you have to apply it one after the other. They lay down smoothly without setting solution.
65slotcar Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago (edited) yah the Fred Cady decals look like high quality decals, just never tried over laying decals. i will give them a shot. my first attempt at a vinyl top ,added a couple small strips of plastic to simulate a vinyl top . just need to paint semi gloss black after body is painted blue. a little work to interior, fabricated some aluminum panels and modified a Plastic Performance Products roll cage.
