Ace-Garageguy Posted July 31 Posted July 31 (edited) This one-of-one Ferrari 365 GTS4 Daytona with a "Targa" roof is apparently the car David Janssen drives in The Swiss Conspiracy, free on YT now. EDIT: I saw the car in the film and researched it, having never seen one like it, and sure enough, this is THE car. https://www.classicdriver.com/en/car/ferrari/365/1971/959798 I didn't know of it until this evening... I believe there were two built like that, but I may be mistaken. But the subject of this post has a differently shaped Targa bar, and a 2-part removable roof section...and I think it has a hard rear window. The film car is on the same 5-spoke alloys as the model illustration shows, but is on wires now. 1

It WAS called "mouse fur"! 1

oldcarfan Posted August 2 Posted August 2 I'm not a big fan of a lot of Ferraris, but I've loved the Daytona since reading my dad's old Car & Driver with the Cannonball winner in it, and then later seeing Gumball on cable. What's behind you isn't important!
Dragline Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Hmmm , I have this kit. I may have to bring it forth in the queue.
