gtx6970 Posted Friday at 06:28 PM Posted Friday at 06:28 PM (edited) Only took me nearly 10 years. I actually started one of these maybe 30 years ago with a Johan kit, That one,,, Didn't turn out so well. These Lindberg 1964 Dodge and Plymouths kits are one of my favorites to build. As I think I have 6 different versions built. And decals and kits to do maybe 3 or 4 more to do. (better get busy I guess) Needless to say, I was glad when this version came out from Lindberg. As its one of my favorite SS cars from the period. I've always thought it was a killer looking car . Actually, saw the 1/1 version many years back (probably a clone) Well, going thru my display case this morning I noticed this build was never completed. Missing just about everything under hood. Except the engine itself Rear axle was broken. Taillights were gone. Not a pretty picture. So, I took a few hours today. And I can 'finally' say, it is now. Except for the bench seat conversion. It's just a pretty simple basic box stock build Thanks for looking. And comments or criticisms are more than welcome. Shark Posted Friday at 11:52 PM Posted Friday at 11:52 PM The Mopar drag teams during the 60's had some of the best looking cars out there and you certainly did this one justice. 1
M W Elky Posted Saturday at 12:09 PM Posted Saturday at 12:09 PM Now that’s some great masking work the build came out really nice. I always admire your paint work and I’m super jealous of that warm dry Arizona air you have . 1
