First time I remember seeing "0w" viscosities , I thought it was a typo : 0w-30 ???? That was just a spank past 20 years ago. 

Now there's 0w-8 ! 

Tight tolerances are one thing -- C.A.F.E. standards rubbish is another. 

May as well just recommend 3-in-1 oil and be done with it !

Interesting and informative video. All I know about oil viscosity is that I had to use thicker Penzoil in my Scout to keep the valve cover gaskets from leaking, lol.
