junkyardjeff Posted Sunday at 09:31 PM Posted Sunday at 09:31 PM This was in that big bunch of parts I got a couple years ago,at first I thought it was a modified AMT 34 Ford pickup but have found out it's a Lindbergh 32 Ford and are kind of crude. Going to see what I have that I can use and will start on it after I reassemble two more from that parts stash.
Quiet Eric Posted Sunday at 09:34 PM Posted Sunday at 09:34 PM Well kinda...I don't think I had as much of the kit to start with as you do. This was a long time ago. 2 1
Mark Posted Sunday at 11:45 PM Posted Sunday at 11:45 PM A fair amount of that kit is cribbed from the AMT '32 Ford coupe. I've got one, but was planning on tossing the chassis and using one from a Revell '32 Ford 3W coupe. I've got a few of those that I picked up for cheap, also a couple of sedan kits minus bodies. The modified '32 frame in the Revell '29 roadster/'30 coupe kits might be good kitbash material for this one too. 1

stavanzer Posted Wednesday at 12:25 AM Posted Wednesday at 12:25 AM According to Scalemates-1961 was the original tooling date. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/lindberg-603-69-32-pick-up-rod--194971
Potaka Posted yesterday at 07:25 AM Posted yesterday at 07:25 AM It’s my first time seeing this. It looks really old, full of traces of history.
junkyardjeff Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago Two more to finish before I can get to it,still do not know what engine to use but leaning towards the DeSoto hemi from the 53 F 100 kit.
