My Intro Vista's from Jay's resin wheels showed up this afternoon. Running a 24 inch with a decent rear lip. Will start chroming them tonight so hopefully soon I can start building out the frame for this thing.

If anyone has any interior ideas please share! I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. I want it to be custom but also not completely take away from the 60's era of it lol.

Finally started working on the frame last night. This is all I got done so far "thought I had more round tubing" Once I get more tubing in I'll be adding more frame work.

Don’t forget to turn tire tread the right way 😉 I’m pretty sure you would but when I see finished 1:1 or little scale it makes my eye twitch and the ocd start kicking lol

For me, as far as the interior goes, I’ve always been a fan of keeping the “work truck” style that they used back then… so when I think of custom I try to keep that feel… which is why as a ford guy I like to think, ok… if the king ranch was made in  50s 60s 70s what would that be like? Because they actually worked trucks back, then so what would I like to have in the truck if I drove it for the truck itself not a $80,000-$100000 status symbol that the driver thinks is necessary…For old schools I like to keep them basic as possible… just my.02 the seat is the centerpoint and everything else should blend around it… I like a lot of neutral colors and splashes of colors

I keep meaning to switch the tires around. Bad habit of mine is not paying attention to the direction lol. Once the bed floor is done you'll never see them again anyway 🤣

That's kind of where I'm stuck at it. Keeping it basic but yet still custom enough that it flows with the rest of the build. I throwing idea of cutting up the dash to move parts around and make it a right hand drive with the dash being fairly smoothed out but not fully taking away from it's look either. I still got some work to do till I'm at that point though lol
