Big Messer Posted Tuesday at 12:51 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:51 AM The way I see it from this side of the screen is that the grille is a bit low and somewhat pointy forward in the center, the fenders look more rounded down on the sides of the hood and the grille seems to follow the fenders closely on the prototype pic. The fenders themselves seem to be fine. 1
Chariots of Fire Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM Just comparing the model to the real truck it looks like the grill could be raised just a tad. Match the height to the hood by adjusting the edges of the hood so it is squared off to meet the grill. Then reshape the top of the fenders accordingly. I think you also have to take out the sculpture line that goes around the fender opening. So don't put it away yet! It's getting there. 1

It's not in a box, the garbage or smashed against the wall. YET🤨 On 9/3/2025 at 9:44 PM, carnut said: Outstanding work, Mark - keep at it. Thanks Michael.

mchook Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago I've been cutting, sanding & figuring things out. I really needed to reconnect the fenders so I built a radiator support. I got rid of the fender flares and reworked the bottom of the grill. It's getting a little better. 4

customline Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I'd put a wild flathead in it. Pretty trippy, huh? Don't listen to the lunatics (myself included 🥴)
Nazz Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago The IH is looking great! Coming along nicely. Keep up the good work. Jerry
