Bill Anderson Posted Sunday at 07:16 PM Posted Sunday at 07:16 PM Hi, I've been using Model Masters "chrome silver" and at times the Molotow Liquid Chrome pens. I consider both to be almost "okay", but really not good enough. Soooo, what do you use?
spencer1984 Posted Sunday at 07:22 PM Posted Sunday at 07:22 PM My current favorite is HTVRONT's Liquid Mirror Chrome pens. The runner up is GSI Creos' chrome Gundam Marker, followed by Molotow's Liquid Chrome.
FoMoCo66 Posted yesterday at 12:58 AM Posted yesterday at 12:58 AM My new favorite is this fusionfirm chrome on Amazon, the best part is it actually dries to handle. Here it is on a 65 falcon bumper.
Deathgoblin Posted yesterday at 01:59 AM Posted yesterday at 01:59 AM Just switched to the FusionFirm Chrome too. It's brighter and smoother than the pens, and it's more touch resistant 1
OldNYJim Posted yesterday at 03:47 AM Posted yesterday at 03:47 AM Anything that claims you can paint a 1:1 car, rusty old radiator or a suit of armor with it must be good! 1
Chris V Posted yesterday at 01:20 PM Posted yesterday at 01:20 PM Green Stuff World’s Chrome brush paint (they also have an airbrush version) is outstanding for touching up the smaller imperfections from e.g. Sprue mounting points and tears/cracks in Bare Metal Foil. 2
