michelle Posted Sunday at 11:55 PM Posted Sunday at 11:55 PM (edited) i printed this kit it was a free one and was not all that great and does not fit together well the molded in tail lights did not print so had to use a set from my parts boxes did not print and the fog light's lenses in the lower air dam did not fully print so had to fill in with putty the kit's rims and tires were not scaled to fit together and due to them all being in the same file ment i could not properly scale them to fit together there was no glass patterns and the interior was not very good or accurate and the bottom edge of the steering wheel failed to fully print i chose to print a set of standard hot wheels 5 point star rims which i scaled up to fit and i also chose to use a set of amt hot wheels peel and stick decals on it i painted the body a base coat of rust oleum 2x satin sweet mango then a light coat of rust oleum color shift iridescent shimmer then a top coat of rust oleum color shift pink champagne i brush painted the interior apple barrel gloss dark grey acrylic paint i painted the chassis and wheels rust oleum 2x flat black primer i brush painted the tail light panel apple barrel matte jet black i used a silver sharpie to do the rims and headlights and fog lights after putting hot wheels decals and wheels on it i found a appropriate song to play in the background of the video which happens to the theme song to the original hot wheels cartoon series 1967 shelby gt500 custom.mp4 Edited Monday at 05:13 AM by michelle 2
