Dingo Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 It is now finished and well sort of looking OK. Rear guards made of cardboard toilet roll. Dingo

roadhawg Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Interesting, for sure! I can honestly say I've never seen this done before! Great job!
Harry P. Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Now that's different! I wonder how long before that blown powerplant snaps those drive chains like a couple of rubber bands?
george 53 Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Must be the water down there that makes you guys come up with this off the wall stuff! Funny thing is I LIKE IT, an I've never even had any! You Aussie guys REALLY have the motor thing down! But then again, WE got our short lived GTO from YOU guys!
Dingo Posted May 19, 2009 Author Posted May 19, 2009 Thanks guys for ya praise on this model, George U'r not wrong on that short lived GTO we got chopped with its counterpart the Monaro but then again it wasn't a great car anyway and I was supprised when U guys thiught it was even anywhere near equal to the old Goats, now don't get me wrong here George and it's only my opinion but it was one of two pieces of ###### that Holden (G.M. Australia) built the other was/is the G8??? sedan and hoping it would seel over there now we'll get them all back here like the GTO and they'll be converted back to RHD and sold as new cars even though they seconds, anyway that's my gripe Fellows. The old MAck will be getting better wheels later on n the year when I can afford to buy some nice rims & tryes for it, money is the problem at the moment have to pay of a 1:1 car repair bill, broke the front r/hand drive shaft cost a $1000Aust to fix.
