Straightliner59 Posted yesterday at 10:28 PM Posted yesterday at 10:28 PM (edited) Recently, I decided that I could no longer afford nearly $300/month for cable. I switched over to straight internet, and bought a Roku stick for $29. I just happened to scroll down their "Live TV" menu, and came across an NHRA channel. I've seen a couple of cool interview segments, one with Snake and one with Force, but it' mostly just been old Diamond P coverage of events. I've seen the '76 Gators, so far now they're running the '92 North Stars, it's just all cool stuff, like that! I am sure I'm late to the party, but, just in case you hadn't seen it... OneTrickPony Posted yesterday at 11:23 PM Posted yesterday at 11:23 PM We cut the cord several years ago. I've tried FireTV and Roku and I prefer Roku. I also have an antenna in my attic to pickup all the broadcast channels. We pick a streaming service to subscribe to and watch whatever we want to see, and then cancel and move to a different one. Of the free streaming channels, I like Tubi, Roku, Pluto, and Plex. Another free service is NewsOn. It allows you to see all the local news broadcasts for the last 3 to 4 days. I wouldn't go back to cable on a bet. 1
