Spooker Posted September 12 Posted September 12 (edited) Engine, DRIVER AND FUEL TANK are offset. I watched the video yesterday, Thompson never lacked for new ideas! Edited September 12 by Spooker
absmiami Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Alrighty then - did Calvin cast the offset on his Thompson Harvey Aluminum kit ??
Big John Posted September 14 Posted September 14 (edited) The offset probably helped it turn Left better, many of the 60's Indy cars had some sort of offset. Yeah that was a cool video, love the crazy custom V8 and valve train layout. For a moment I thought it was a Ford with reversed heads and two injectors per cylinder but No. Ranks up there with the Mallard. Edited September 14 by Big John
