BK9300 Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Need to see a link to those back scratchers - great 'sequential' lift cylinder! That's got to work on all kinds of dump cylinder situations. 2

Looks like they might come apart if you aren't careful? 3

I've had a build that requires a pair of cylinders outboard of the frame. The build stalled as I'm trying to figure out how to make it work as the cylinders sit almost vertically and they don't have any recesses in the body. Thus a very short distance form the bottom of the cylinder support to the bottom of the dump body but they need to extend quite a ways to get the bed to dump. Lots of segments! Not sure I've seen them on the real thing but it does make them look tougher, especially with the squared fenders. 2

BK9300 Posted Sunday at 09:47 PM Posted Sunday at 09:47 PM I agree - this truck's got a real presence to it. Your mirrors turned out really well, too, and got to love the operating hood! Awesome build, Scott. 2
Biggu Posted Sunday at 11:07 PM Posted Sunday at 11:07 PM I agree with the guys, it is a beauty and everything period correct. Nothing beats a heavy gravel truck. This turned out really well Scott. It gives me some ideas for my up coming builds 1
