1958 Plymouth Belvedere

[Horrorshow]

AMT Christine kit, first one I had molded in white, stripped off all the chrome and painted it matt black, hubcaps are also matt black. Roof and inlay are regular black, body is Seafoam green. I cut the chassis to accommodate large Drag 500 slicks. Motor came from the 57 Chrysler 300 kit. Radio antenna is in the “down” racing position, actually I snapped it off.

The turquoise is real nice; I've been meaning to get a hold of another one of these as I built Christine out of the kit I have (of course) but there were so many other colour options on a '58 Plymouth other than red and white so I'd have to get one again. Like the wheels also.
