Dave Van Posted Friday at 10:01 PM Posted Friday at 10:01 PM I needed to take some photos of older builds. When I took some of my AMT Lil Gasser I decided to run it through AI. This is the result. I like it so much I may print a poster version. Thanks for looking!!!! 5 1
OldNYJim Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago That’s cool! I tried the opposite - fed it a picture of my 1:1 and told it to make it into a model kit: 3
Rodent Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Not model related, but a request to be handed "baking powder" was misunderstood by my spouse a couple weeks ago. After a, "What?" and a confused look I got the baking powder, but now we have something else in the cupboard thanks to a label from Copilot. Maybe we need an AI thread? 1
BKF Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) That looks pretty cool. Would make for great box art as well as a poster. Are you using that chatgpt? I've never messed with it but will be giving it a try someday. Edited 15 hours ago by BKF
FoMoCo66 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I gave AI a prompt of lions drag strip a pick of my moch up and the color of my test shot. The color is actually really close.
Quiet Eric Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I used chatGPT to come up with this and have since found and ordered a 3d printed Comanche to build it. Ignore the "syclone" on the side. 2

Ace-Garageguy Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago This is the kind of stuff AI at its current level of development is really good for. Really really good. But it's not ready for prime-time on medical diagnostics or legal work yet, or anything else mission-critical, and every day the news is full of the proof. Nice work, gentlemen. 2

It's very dumb at times. This drawing took about 20 tries. At first the truck was the size of a pedal car, sometimes it alters things you do not want. But right now it's fun. 1
