Moparman18064 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 I am replicating my current 1:1 ride. Being that the Revell kit is an automatic and non sunroof car, I picked up the Revell Street Burner Magnum SRT just for the sunroof, and a Texas 3d Customs Tremec 6060 for a Mustang to make the conversion. I also have a VCG Resins pistol grip shifter for it. I will have to modify the bell housing to match the Hemi. 1

Moparman18064 Posted November 14 Author Posted November 14 So, when I bought this kit on EBay, it was supposed to be just opened box, not started. This was not the case. It seems a child, or someone not versed in tube glue usage got to it. The engine was assembled, with exhaust manifolds on backwards, of course with piles of glue, and let’s not forget, just dip the whole engine in Testors gloss black enamel. They also painted the chassis pan and floor pan/ engine compartment very heavily with same paint. After a week of soaking in Super Clean and scrubbing, I still have this: 1
Moparman18064 Posted November 14 Author Posted November 14 I did manage to make hood decals from Scale Motorsport’s twill carbon fiber, and cleared 2
