Cab fresh out of paint didn’t turn out to bad a couple of spots that will need touching up but all in all I think I like it well enough to go ahead and start this build right off the bat I can see shorting the frame and swapping out the Detroit with the auto stick for a Cummins with a manual shift. Just brainstorming for now

Well I took an 1” out of the frame rails witch if my calculations are correct this should give this build a 216” wheel base (center of front axle to the center of the rear tandems) I am thinking I should have taken out another 1/2” will see how it goes

Good idea, this is a great kit, especially for AMT, but the chassis length is an issue. Was its first incarnation as Tyrone Malone's transporter chassis? That would explain it.

Stuck at home last night in the first snowstorm of the year so I worked a little bit on the frame this is the first time building the Aerodyne kit everything went together smoothly hardly any flashing on the parts really like the rear suspension. I am trying to keep this build simple as possible very little modifications besides shortening the frame rails and swapping the motor
