There is a baseball scandal involving two pitchers who threw pitches into the dirt to let certain gamblers who bet on pitches win about $600 thousand dollars.

Last week during the Bears vs Vikings there was a non-call on a facemask which the referee was looking straight on at the foul. My question is can you bet on penalties?

It's gambling only for you, not for anyone in control of any of it.  Years ago, one mobster said he'd bet on anything except the weather...because he couldn't get the "fix" in on it.
