This is the rare Koo Koo Kar, I picked up on ebay. It had lots of glue and pieces that had come apart in shipping. Took it apart, sanded and scraped and repainted.Its not perfect, but looks really good setting on my shelf. more pics on photobucket.

AMT really went off the deep end with that kit! Today there is something perversely fun and amusing about it. Back in the day I wouldn't have been caught dead with a kit like that in my posession. It looks like you are ahving fun with it and that's cool.

I know what you mean, I pretty much only bought muscle cars and funny cars back when I was a kid. I guess thats why there are so few of these odd rods around anymore. But now, show cars is what I like the most.

THAT was a kit?????? I have NEVER seen that kit! And an AMT kit at that? WoW that's a new one on me! Still, as a model, it looks cool! B)
