Guest Mustang3.8
Your truck is lookin' great. I've thought 'bout grafting a '99 Silverado nose onto a new Escalade to make a first generation Escalade. Great job.
White325is
ok I wasnt sure what wheels I wanted, So I bought both sets of wheels and I will choose when they come. I guess I better get to work and get the body done.. Then move onto the frame.. Anyone know where I can order air bags?

Anyone know where I can order air bags? you can scratch them fairly easily. go to your local scrapbooking store or craft store and get some 1/8 inch steel ringlets and down at your local napa dealer to get some rubber O-rings in 1/8 by 1/16 of an inch. they will make a realistic looking scale bag. The easiest and best way to go IMO
White325is
You guys are so freakin smart!! Anyways I worked on the cab today. I added a little panel to the bottom of it to act as a body line, to me it looks good and its just what it needed to break things up. I was also working on the bed, I made a roll pan and shaved the tailgate. I dont know if Im going to do the caddy lights now or not. I got so much going on right now I think I just need to focus on the cab, then the bed, then the frame.. I think I might pick up another project so Im not working to much on this one and get frustrated from all the work. Im sure some of you know what I mean..
